Collective Body

Arising from the common experience of confinement in 2020, an important reflection has emerged: human beings need other people to live and to grow. Undoubtedly, this unprecedented global experience for human-kind has mirrored back to us the raw and redoubled significance of others around us to be able to survive.
These understandings have shown that virtuality, an element that can separate us, and makes us evade our reality over the ephemerality of imagined lives, is the very same channel that is currently allowing us to re-find ourselves and our sense of humanity in all its vulnerability.
Below, you can find different examples of the usage of new media to experiment with the creation of collective bodies. This play -simultaneously simple and complex- is an opportunity to humanize our virtuality.
